Our “Self-Help” sessions are held every other Monday evening, beginning on 3rd June 2013. These evenings are designed for new comers to photography and the less experienced to build up practical skills and confidence in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

We will help facilitate learning in camera skills and image editing applications, through to printing, mounting and resizing images for projection. The evenings allow attendees to work at their own speed with one to one tuition or in small groups.

Where printing and mounting is required, we can offer up to A3 printing for £2 per print and mounting materials for a 40cm x 50cm mount for only £3. We’ll even help and give you guidance on how to cut your mount to a bespoke size.

We hope to be able to look at more specific topics on occasion, depending on take-up. These may include: -

Still Life
Portraiture
Macro
HDR
Flash & Fill in Flash Studio Lighting

Use of ND Filters
Everyone is welcome to attend for only £4 per session.
